Our Community Beneficiaries

Giving Back To The Community

All proceeds from Lunar Ball benefit local Chicago charities, with an emphasis on the Asian American community. Grants to our community beneficiaries help provide services to youth, elderly, and underprivileged populations, encourage leadership development, promote cultural awareness, and support other important charitable causes.

One of these charities is Project: VISION, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing youth in Chicago’s Bridgeport and Chinatown communities with the tools for educational, personal, and civic development.

Founded in 2003 by a small group of volunteers, Project: VISION has reached over 425 youths, providing mentoring, tutoring, and after-school programs. 85% of the students Project: VISION serve are from low income families and most will be the first in their families to attend college.

Check back to find out more about all of the amazing community charities Lunar Ball supports as they are announced.
